     net Messenger™ allows the entry of specific conditions which may occur and provides an identification code. Each message is part of a message group and has a description, sequence number, and delivery options of whether to send a break message or log to user message queue.

     net Messenger™ provides the user with capability to attach messages specific to users, or attach messages to a predefined user distribution list. Upon occurrence of a condition that triggers the message, the system determines broadcast rules from the message distribution tables.
