NETWORK SYSTEMS (www.nesi.net) is pleased to announce that Frontier Spinning Mills, an existing customer of several years, has chosen to implement the net collection™ in the recently acquired Mayo Yarns. The net collection is NETWORK SYSTEMS' integrated suite of enterprise-wide software products and has been specifically developed for the textile and sewn products industry, especially within the functional areas of resource planning, customer service, manufacturing, and distribution.

Both Frontier Spinning Mills, based in Sanford, NC and Mayo Yarns of Madison, NC, manufacture greige sales yarn and are major suppliers to the hosiery and apparel industry. According to various news reports, the combined operations of the two companies can produce approximately 6.5 Million lbs. of yarn per week. The net collection™ provides an operational synergy with Mayo Yarns and an opportunity to better utilize machine capacity. Mayo Yarns was using a much earlier version of manufacturing software developed by NETWORK SYSTEMS in the early 1990's.
