ROBBIE M. EFIRD (Chairman of the Board,
President and
CEO)
|
|
Robbie M. Efird has served as director of
the Company and its predecessors since August, 1986. In addition,
Mr. Efird has served as chairman of the Board and Chief Executive
Officer of the Company since June 1994.
He joined Network Information Services, Inc.
in 1986 and immediately initiated the design and development
of the Textile Management System (TMS). The Company sold TMS
in the manufacturing market space from 1986 to 1989. In 1990,
Mr. Efird initiated the next generation of proprietary software
products and guided the analytical research, design, development,
quality assurance, packaging, and sales strategies for new
markets. This new product formed the foundation for the net
collection, one of the Company's current brands of software
products.
Mr. Efird currently sits on various
Corporate Boards of Directors and is very active in the
Greensboro community.
Mr. Efird is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of
DeVry Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, and attended
the Masters in Business Administration program at the University
of North Carolina.

JAMES W. MOSELEY (Partner/Senior Manager)

From 1969 until 1987 Mr. Moseley was employed
by Burlington Industries, Inc. as a programmer/analyst through
Manager of Systems and Programming. Mr. Moseley's primary
focus at Burlington was on development and implementation
of state of the art manufacturing systems in its weaving and
finishing plants. Working as a member of Burlington's corporate
systems staff, Mr. Moseley served as a project leader for
the development of a new and then revolutionary tracking system
for the company's transportation division. Mr. Moseley also
served the company as a consultant to various divisions on
the development and implementation of MRP11 software packages.
From 1987 until 1989 Mr. Moseley represented
the Sara Lee Corporation as their manufacturing systems manager
responsible for the implementation of MRP11 software packages
in their Fuller Brush subsidiary and implementing manufacturing
systems for their Coach Leatherware subsidiary. From 1989
until 1992, Mr. Moseley was employed by Guilford Mills, Inc.
as Automotive Business Unit MIS Manager responsible for implementing
MRP11 software. Mr. Moseley joined the Company in 1992 and
has been responsible for Network's Client Services Group and
assisting in educational development programs at Network's
Process Learning Center. Mr. Moseley currently serves as Director
of Customer Relations.
Mr. Moseley holds a BA degree in Mathematics
from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North
Carolina. Mr. Moseley served as an officer in the United States
Navy as a Damage Control Officer and programmer/Analyst at
the Navy's Commander-in-Chief, Atlantic Fleet Headquarters.

DAVID CHRISTIAN (Partner/Senior Manager)

Mr. Christian was employed by Spencer's, a
children's clothing manufacturer from 1972 until 1975.
From 1975 until 1979, Mr. Christian served
in various management positions for a restaurant chain and
subsequently held a management position with Davidson's, a
multi-state wholesale distributor of sporting goods.
From 1989 until 1990, Mr. Christian served
as manager of CEW Imports.
In 1990, Mr. Christian joined the Company
as Director of Product Development and is now Vice President
of Research and Development for the Network Systems Division.
Mr. Christian is a graduate of the Electronic
Computer Programming Institute in Greensboro, North Carolina.
